Annulment

The customer has the possibility to cancel his order ONLY by phone and if the shipping process has not started.

Status of returned products

We ONLY accept returns for defective products. The return can be made within 5 working days. The products must be in their original condition complete and intact, unused and in their original packaging. Otherwise, they will be returned to the customer at his own expense.

For any damage caused to the Company by cancellation of the order, the customer is responsible.

Shipping the products

Shipping costs for returned products are borne by the Customer.
