Delivery

The delivery of the order takes place within 2-5 working days with the ELTA courier.

The company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the products when unstable factors enter the process. For example, it is not responsible for delivery delays due to intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or any other kind of strikes that affect the movement of goods.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• For purchases from €75.00 and above, shipping is FREE.
• The shipping fee for purchases up to €75.00 is €5.00 up to 5 kg. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €0.50.
• The shipping fee for each delivery with a cash on delivery order, regardless of destination, is €2.00 per 5 kg. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €0.50.
